Where Your Opinion Counts!

BB9 Spoiler Alert- James Trying TO DIVIDE THE HOUSE!

Ryan used the POV and took Sheila off the block. Adam then had to nominate another HG for eviction. Adam nominated James and put him the block. Since then James has been doing his darndest to try to divide the House. In this video, James is giving Sheila tips. What makes me chuckle, is that both James and Sheila have been doing their own dirt and made many deals along the way. James is showing sour grapes and he is a bad loser. I really wish BB had not put that extra twist in that kept him in the house. He really is getting uglier in personality as each week goes along. They all say hey it is a game! Some of them have played it on personal levels.

In James case, it is only okay when he thought he controlled the house and when he got in the other HG’s face. It is only okay with James when he wheels, deals, renege, lies, acts and does anything he can to try to get to the final two. James looks like he is going home tonight and now he is upset. Please, he wasn’t upset when he reneged on his deal with Natalie, he wasn’t upset when he screamed and cursed in Sheila’s face, to try and stay in the house, he was never upset when he told other HG’s he was gunning for them and they would be on the block if he got HOH. James made his own bed, now let him lie in it. James is just showing us how immature and young he really is, with his antics of not getting his own way. James is now using that fact that he will be on Jury to try to manipulate people.

James shut-up. The fact is you were evicted weeks ago and if it were not for the BB second twist you would not have even been on Jury. Seriously, I am sick of him! He is running around trying to out everyone. He is so full of it, it is not funny! Once more James screwed himself when he backdoored Matt and he did because every HG heard him make the deal with Natalie. BOTTOM LINE NOBODY COULD TRUST HIM AFTER THAT. He eluded himself into thinking he controlled the house, the game and the HG’s. If someone told me so blatantly that they were coming for me, yes, I would do my best to get to them first. End of story. James should not have been a pompous ass and he should have kept his mouth shut. He over thought the game. He felt for sure that he and his alliance would win HOH week in and week out. They did not and now he is on the chopping block. I for one will be very gleeful to see his arse go out that door. In my opinion, Ryan out of all the HG’s deserves to win the whole thing.

Here are the videos. A great big huge thanks goes out to bbdish9 for the videos. Thank-you much you are greatly appreciated.

Hell’s Kitchen- Disaster and Trouble in Paradise

Last night viewers watched Chef Gordon Ramsey turn different shades of outrage. For the second dinner service in a row, the two teams and their captains could not manage to get out dinner to their customers. Chef Gordon Ramsey was so upset that he had to shut the kitchen down once more and tell everyone to F off.

Hell’s kitchen opened with Chef Gordon Ramsey treating the wantabee’s to garbage. Ramsey felt the aspiring chefs needed to understand what they wasted and threw out the night before. Later on, Chef Ramsey had the aspiring Chefs clean and fillet Halibut. Both teams did so well that they tied at forty-one halibut a piece. By tiebreaker the men won by predicting and coming closest to the weight of one fillet. As a reward for their win,  Chef Ramsey took the men to lunch on a yacht. They had a whale of a time with Chef Ramsey and thought they had regrouped as a team. There is one on the men’s team that really makes my blood boil. Jason in particular seems to be a male chauvnist. He is always making comments of such knowledge and comes across as a dweeb. Jason cannot seem to cook if his life depends on it but makes a lame stupid comment that the women don’t know what they are in for. So far neither team has managed to dazzle Chef Ramsey or the viewers, Jason should concentrate on his cooking instead of running off his mouth and showing that he is a male chauvnist.

At Dinner Service Roseann and Craig were selected by Chef Ramsey to go out in the dining room as punishment for the disaster at debut dinner service. Chef Gordon Ramsey told the aspiring Chefs he had never seen Jean- Phillipe take such a verbal thrashing from customers as he did with the opening night. Chef Ramsey felt the aspiring chefs had to learn what the serving staff goes through when the kitchen messes up as badly as these wantabee’s did on opening night. Craig who was a bundle of nerves ended up hitting a woman with a chair at the back of her head by accident. I thought that Jean- Phillippe was going to faint at the sloppy serving that he was witnessing with both Craig and Roseann. I also thought Jean Phillipe could be very aggressive when he wants to be. He tackled Craig, told him that he had hit a woman in the head and demanded that he apologize to her right away. Craig had no choice but to rush over begging for forgiveness under Jean- Phillipe’s watchful eyes.

Roseann did a poor job and held back orders for over 2 hours. When Roseann shared with Chef Ramsey that she had a bunch of orders that she held back. Ramsey looked at her in astonishment and disbelief at what he was hearing. Chef Ramsey kept saying, what! what! Roseann told the Chef in all seriousness that she did not submit the orders because she did not want to overwhelm the kitchen. Ramsey looked terrified at what Roseann at related to him. Between the aspiring chef’s not being able to complete dinner service, the atrocious service of Craig and Roseann, and one aspiring chef almost setting the kitchen on fire. Chef Ramsey had enough, he broke his reserve and silence and all Hell broke lose. He shut down the kitchen and told some to F off!

Chef Ramsey read the comment cards and announced the women had lost and selected Corey to choose two of her team-mates for elimination. Instead of Corey picking the obvious in Sharon and Roseann. She chose to pick two team-mates for elimination on a personal level. Corey picked Christina and Jen. Corey tried to fain that it was also strategic; however, I for one did not buy that statement from Corey. She was in fact eliminating her competition.

Chef Ramsey looked disturbed at Corey’s choices. He gave both wantabee’s a chance to defend themselves. Christina made her defence brief. Jen on the other hand, gave Chef Ramsey a speech that would put the Gettysburg address to shame. It was hilarious to watch the interaction between Jen blowing her own horn and Chef Ramsey containing himself. An hour later after Jen was finished, Chef Ramsey made his announcement of who was leaving Hell’s kitchen and that was Sharon. Chef Ramsey in fact Vetoed Corey’s nominations and went with his own gut and feeling of who was the most responsible for the disaster on the women’s team and that was Sharon. Chef Ramsey said that Sharon paid attention to detail on her makeup only and not on her culinary skills. He was not convinced that she could cook.

Chef Ramsey had also announced that Read more »

American Idol Sings Inspiration- A Waste Of Time!

American Idol fans were treated to inspiration songs last night as a as a pre-empt of good things to come for their Idol gives back show. I certainly hope that the performances we saw last night that were bland and unappealing is not what we will see tonight for the great effort put in Idol Gives Back. I thought the inspirational concept and theme was nice, well thought out, and that we would be in for an hour of great singing. I thought the top 8 would give back through their songs. It was clear to me that not many of the top 8 were really into inspirational songs nor did they get the concept of inspiratonal theme night.  For the most part the night proved to be a waste of time!

The show opens and Ryan Seacrest came out with bells and whistles looking very dapper and debonair with his finery on along with a better hairdo. Simon Cowell of course went back to his old dreary style of dressing but improved on his character last night. Papa’s bag was just that a bag. Simon will simply have to ask Ryan for tips on what to wear for his appearances as top idol judge.

Last night’s Idol show was a disappointment in terms of what song choices were selected and how the top eight delivered their songs. While the intentions of inspirational songs was well received by viewers many of the competitors fell short of inspiring AI fans! The only inspiration I got last night was perhaps changing the channel and ending my misery with many of the peformances . Instead of inspiration performances to raise the spirit, the viewers were treated to extreme nauseating boring entertainment for the exception of three of the competitors.

Much to the relief of many bored Idol Fans, David Archulleta vocal arrangement and deliverance of “Angels” was by far the best song selection and performance of the night. David sang the song with finesse, inspiration and showed that he has what it takes to win American Idol. With Idol gives back looming over the competitor’s heads, young David really understood the importance of singing inspiration and what it meant for a big event in Idol gives back. This kid definitely has it and if he continues on the course he is taking, he could very well win Idol Title. Usually at this point in the competition, younger competitors show signs of wearing down. David Archuletta seems to be getting stronger each week. David’s performance of Angels took idol by storm last night and it made a statement to the other competitors that he is not planning to leave anytime soon!

Syesha Mercado sang, “I believe” and came in second to David A. I thought Syesha did the song justice. What I like about Syesha is that she does take on the hard hitters in music and of past idol shows. When Fantasia sang, “I believe”, she blew everyone away. Anyone that knows anything about soul and black gospel knows that Fantasia put her soul into that song. Syesha put her soul into the song in a diffrent way and her vocal arrangement was also well thought out. Syesha understood the inspiration that went into the song. Fantasia chose her soulful inspiration by raising the roof to get people to believe in the impossible. Syesha choose to mellow down the song as an awakening to the plight of many children that are suffering. It was very well done by Syesha and I was inspired at her novelty approach to the song as opposed to mimicking other artists.

David Cook’s song choice was well intended and I thought he did a good job of the song. I totally disagree with Simon’s assertion that David’s intention was a bit pompous. I think that David’s intent was to define the innocence of why idol is giving back for the sake of the children. As far as Simon’s quip and disapproval on David’s attire. Please! Simon of all people is in no position to comment on attire, he never does much about his own appearance and dress code. I felt David Cook came in third to David Archuletta.

The songs that came across as mediocre came from Carly Smithson who Simon is doing his damdest to try and ensure her demise, Michael John who seemed to struggle last night and Jason Castro. Jason simply has to pick up the pace, it is not because he cannot sing. I just think that every week Jason selects bad and poor song selections to suit his vocal range. Jason needs to understand it is do or die time so to speak, he also needs to learn to take risks.

If any performance was off kilter it was Kristy Lee’s cook, she did not do Martina McBride’s song justice at all! I am in total disagreement with the judges rave reviews; at best, it was just OK!

Last but not least is Brooke White, after last nights performance of singing off key, there is not much to add is there? What can one really say about a piss poor performance.  If anyone is in trouble it is Brooke White. Brooke’s performance was by far the worst performance once more of the night. It was not nice as Simon says; it was off key and out of tune.

The best performance of the night: David Archuletta

The worst performance of the night: Brooke White

Whom I think should be in the bottom three: Brooke White, Kristy Lee Cook and Jason Castro

Who will be in the bottom three after America has voted: Brooke White, Kristy Lee Cook and Jason Castro

Whom I think should be going home: Brooke White

Whom I think America has picked to go home: Brooke White
