A Baller Wins By A Grand Slam! Bitter Jury- My turn!
Who would have thought that A Baller (Adam) would win the whole thing? If you look back at the beginning of the season. Adam was one of the HG’s that everyone was down on, loathed and hated for quite a long time. (Including me)! The reason that everyone was down on Adam, was that he called Autistic children retards, some of us started petitions, we were insistent and hell-bent that this guy was on the show at all, and wanted to see the immediate removal of Adam from the BB house.

As the season went on, and we really got to know the characters of Big Brother 9 cast which for the most part many of them sucked; some of us were gradually moving towards almost liking Adam. We hemmed, hawed, discussed and debated about our change of heart for him. The reason some Big Brother fans did this, was that we got to know Adam’s character and somehow found ourselves actually, gasp liking him. In looking closer to Adam, I saw someone that actually had a good heart, and felt that Adam’s character was someone that easily got excited and in attempt to fit in, he was prone to showing off. Some of us all agreed it was unfortunate he made that comment. At times Adam was goofy, abrupt, rude, vulgar and even crass, but overall he had a good heart. What I think I liked about Adam most is when he went bombing in and took James to task, and really called him out.

Who would have thought that Adam would win this, apparently the jury did, some of the jurors did vote for Adam because they liked him better, but some of them voted for Adam because they were bitter.
Every year in big brother, we seem to experience a bitter, rude, somewhat delusional Jury. I think this jury tonight was really something else when it came to maturity.
Sharon- What made her think that Ryan was indebted to bring her to the final two. In all reality Sharon DID NOT, really start having Ryan’s back until Josh was gone. Further to the fact, Sharon played the game of keeping silent and squealing at the end. What did she win one competition? I am sorry, but Sharon should have gone with Natalie’s plan of trying to get the guys out. Instead, she went running to Ryan and outed Nat. Sharon’s vote was personal and bitter. I say this with the fact that Sharon would not make a deal with Baller when he asked and she went running to Ryan, saying she did not trust him. In the meantime, Sharon was plotting with Sheila to get Adam out and then try to take Ryan out. How was what Ryan did anymore different then the same lies Sharon told. Sour grapes pure and simple. Sharon may have got the last laugh on the vote tonight, but those of us who at one time were pulling for Sharon lost any respect we still had for her. If big brother is just a game, Sharon sure did not understand how the game was played. However, Sharon will have her bebees (G. pigs) as a constellation prize.
Matt- I thought that Matt would vote for Ryan since Ryan did his bidding in putting James on the block. However, he was close to both, either way his vote is not surprising. I think that Matt in his personal life needs to take a good look at his arrogance on the show and how he treated Natalie.
Joshua- While Joshua did give his vote to Ryan on game play. I thought that as usual Josh was just as abrupt as Adam was. How does Josh figure he is different then Adam, when he attacked Amanda the way he did. Give me a break. Josh’s actions in his game play were less then exemplary. However, he did base his vote on the best game player.
Sheila- Oh come on! Please tell me that Sheila does not think that her game play was more superior then the boys. Sheila cried and lied her way all through the show. She made just as many side deals as Ryan and Adam did. She never won a competition and only won the one that Natalie handed to her. Furthermore, I can agree that Adam was mean to Sheila, but Sheila’s was just as mean to Adam. Also good game play is not considered whining and crying. I see that BB8 Amber was in the audience, she must be a big Sheila fan, because Sheila played the same crying game as Amber did. Further, Adam is right on one thing, in the final three; Sheila was given the same equal opportunity as they were, and she bombed that was her problem. How far did Sheila think she was to be carried, before she did something for herself?
Natalie- I am very surprised that Natalie gave her vote to Adam. Basically, because she was closer to Ryan and I feel that she did cast her vote personally not on gut feeling. I am sorry, I was one of the people pissed off that, Natalie was backdoored and evicted. However, Natalie was plotting against the boys and they did the same thing to her. How is it that Natalie thought that Ryan was a bigger liar when she lied and was prepared to get rid of the boys? Come on now. As far as loyalty goes, Ryan was very loyal to Adam and to his alliance. Had he picked Sheila he most likely would have won the whole thing. Instead Ryan stuck with his Bro. That should have counted for something.
James- Was the most level headed, he asked his question, congratulated them and moved on. When Julie announced the fan vote, I knew that James would most likely get it based on his fans dissention when he was evicted. I also think that it was not neccessary for Julie to let Sheila know she came in second. What is the purpose of telling a person that?
Last but not least, Chelsia- I held off commenting on Chelsea’s antics in the house and during her eviction, but her stupidity tonight really pissed me right off. HOW DARE! Chelsia use her voting privilege to try to make Ryan say negative things about his girlfriend whom he declared he loves. It is no wonder that Chelsia does not have a man, who would want her with that horrible attitude. Chelsia sounded just like Amber of BB8. Ryan and Jen’s relationship WAS NONE OF CHELSIA’S BUSINESS. Just because Chelsia does not like Jen, does not give her the right to be as ignorant as she was tonight. ( I am sure Jen Ryan’s love, is real upset that immature Chelsia does not like her). I have no respect for Chelsia at all after tonight. Wrong answer Chelsia said when Ryan refused to stab the love of his life in the back. Well Chelsia may want to take a gander of the MB’s because most of us are sticking our finger in our mouths saying she sucks as well. I think Chelsia will be in for the shock of her immature life when she finds out how the fans really felt about her and her childish behaviour. She will be just as shocked as BB8’s Amber.
I knew it was going to be a tough decision, but I really feel that Ryan did deserve more the one vote. Who would have thought that screaming, hysterical, obnoxious Josh would cast his vote on game play. For that, I commend Josh.
Congratulations Adam on your BB win. Some of us do hope you follow through with what you said and you give that 100,000 to an after school program for children with Autism.
At the end both of the final, two are well liked and more respected then the rest of the Houseguests. I do like what Jen said about Alison, frankly, I think that Jen would have liked to rip Alison’s hair out and demonstrated mighty control over her instincts. I also think that Ryan is not only a gentlemen but also he is honourable and chivalrous with his sweetheart. That quality in a young man is very inspirational, and something that Ryan’s and his family should be very proud of. Having said that Ryan’s honour is not something any amount of money can buy.
Congratulations, Ryan on a game well played and coming in second place, I am sure that good things well come to you in your life.
In summary, Ryan and Adam did not lie or deceive or make deals anymore then all the rest of the Houseguests including Sharon, Sheila, and Natalie, nor did Ryan curse or swear in a women’s face as we saw so many of the men do this season. Sharon and Sheila were ridiculous in their game play and they fully expected both boys to carry them to the final two, without doing anything for themselves but reporting on each other. This was a winter season that many fans came in watching the show and really did not like any of the HG’s; over time their characters grew on us. Adam and Ryan being in the final two was the best of the rest.
At the beginning of the seasons I personally liked, Parker, Jen, Sharon, Josh, Ryan and Sheila. At the end of it, with those that remained in the house, I really only liked Ryan, changed my mind on Adam and Nat grew on me. Adam winning the whole thing may have been for a very good cause. Giving 100,000 to Children with Autism is not a bad thing at all in contrast to James suggestion of partying it away. If Adam does follow through with this, it just may bring the needed awareness for families with children with autism. That is not such a bad thing indeed.

First off I want to thank you for all your video. I was a big follower of them until Chelsia left then the feeds became uninteresting. I thought you made some good points but I do disagree on some.
What you said on Chelsia was pretty much off base in my opinion. Granted Chelsia is immature and needs a long look in the mirror but what she said about Jen had to be said. Ryan was called out by his own girlfriend on national tv. His character was questioned. Ryan’s defense was he isn’t a racist and ask his friends. Well shouldn’t his girlfriend of all people know if he is or isn’t?
Now you have to vote on these two but it isn’t really two, its three. You have to count Jen as a half with Ryan. Based on that Ryan is either a liar or a racist. Either Jen is lying or Ryan actually has some crazy views on the world. Either way Chelsia was right when he said Ryan had the wrong answer. Even though in his personal life Ryan did have the right answer.
I also disagree with the Natalie being backdoor being a bad thing. Natalie played the game one week to early. I think if Natalie had waited a week and gotten the boys to get rid of Sharon, they might have taken her to the final 3. Hell she could have won the HOH and been assured the final 3. Her head got too big to quick. Her staying up in the HOH comp was also a big problem. Either quit or go for it and make no deal. Natalie didn’t do both and thus she lost.
I also think Allison just cared about Ryan and saw how bad Jen treated him in the house. No one really liked her in the house. Even Parker has said he didn’t like her in the house but likes her now. Granted I didn’t expect Jen to be happy to see Allison but let bygones be bygones. You and Ryan will probably never see Allison again, just move on. Be the bigger person just like Allison tried to.
Hi Ed,
I disagree with you that Chelsia needed to base her jury question on Ryan and Jen’s personal relationship. What did that have to do with who was the best game player? Did the HG’s not deal with Jen? Yes, they did, she was evicted. Further Ryan knew! what she had said, he said, I am not racist, but I still love that girl and want to spend the rest of my life with her. How was that a wrong answer as Chelsia put it. Chelsia did not like what Ryan responded. That is unfortunate because I found her childish, immature, hateful and malicious all through the show and jury. Chelsia could have asked a question on why he was hell- bent to get James out of the house based on Ryan’s game play. The fact that Jen and Parker were evicted week 2, made her question hateful. It seemed that Ryan’s personal relationship was far more important to her and yes, I call that immature and quite frankly Chelsia sucks big time not only in my opinion in many people’s opinion. Again, I held off in my article on her eviction mentioning her deplorable actions, but her jury question was what was really off base. Hell, even James blamed her actions for his eviction and did you notice when James won the $25,000 that Chelsia went to hug him and he pushed right past her and leaped into Adam’s arms. I thought that brush off was poetic justice on national tv, for all of us to view.
I disagree that backdooring Natalie was a good week, based on the fact that she handed the HOH to whining, snivelling Sheila. Should Natalie of handed it to Sheila, no. Was it foolish and a mistake on Nats part? Yes and Natalie does bear some responsibility for making that bad move, however, so does the rest of the HG’s. If the girls would have stuck together, they may have taken over the house. That is if Natalie won anymore. We all know that Sharon and Sheila were not about to win a competition.
Alison said on National TV, she did not have feelings for Ryan. Just like Alison saying she was gay, it was all part of her game plan.
I loved Jen’s honesty on her thoughts and feelings on Alison. Further Alison’s rants and trying to steal Jen’s man, is well documented via video. I thought Jen did an excellent job SMACKING DOWN Alison. LMAO. Alison was deseving of what Jen said. Jen and Ryan’s personal relationship was not her business as well.
We will simply have to continue to disagree
You are welcome for the videos
Thanks for your comment,
Arne
Ok there is one thing that I disagree with and that is when people keep saying Nat was back doored. I think this word is over used so much that people forget what being “back doored” actually means. You can only be back doored if you are put on the block without being offered the chance to save yourself. That was not the case with Nat. She was allowed the same opportunity as everyone else that week to try and win the POV. In fact honestly I thought that POV was set up for her to win. How many times did she brag about how good she was with that stuff? It was her challenge to lose and quite honestly I was glad to see her go. She was so annoying on the feeds I had to keep changing them to a feed she wasn’t on and I could still hear her whiney voice bleed through.
As usual the finale was my least favourite Big Brother episode. I cannot believe that the winner of so much money is determined by a bunch of whiny, bitter people. Ever year it seems half the jury uses their vote to get even with someone instead of being honest and voting for the best gameplayer. Adam was not the best player, not even close.
Chelsia embarrassed herself, just as she did all year long but I don’t think she is smart enough to even realize that. Using your vote to try to get someone to say something bad about their girlfriend is stupid. Just another stupid moment from a very stupid girl.
The funniest moment for me was when Sheila said that they voted her out because they knew she had the votes to win over either of them. That’s hilarious, I am sure that if Ryan had decided to bring her along as he should have to the final 2 he would have had the game in the bag. I don’t see how anyone could possible justify voting for Sheila over either Adam or Ryan.
As for Joshua…..wow, that boy is delusional. Not only does he think he is the best player and played the game with integrity(LOL) he had the nerve to tell Adam to speak to him with respect. Thats hilarious after the way he treated people in the house. I don’t know how he didn’t get his ass kicked.
I thought that the whole finale was boring and I really expected those LOSERS in the Jury House to not vote for Ryan because they were all bitter and stupid. I commented Josh on his vote based on game play, he is the only one who voted using his head and not personal issues. Chelsia was so stupid and immature, she was always a bitter little girl with no SENSE whatsoever and she proved it lastnight. Let me say one thing I donot care what any house member wants to do with the money thats their choice Big Brother is a game that people audition for to get in the house with their aim to inth 500,000.00, if they want to take that money and buy 500,000.00 worth of dog food thats their money they worked hard for that in that house for all those days and they out smarted and outwitted everyone WHAT THEY DO WITH THAT MONEY IS THEIR BUSINESS so donot base ya opinion in who should win the mony on what they intend to do with it, base it on who played teh game the best and who was smart enough to get you out and sitting in the jury house, the final two are the best players and for Ryan to be the one to choose Baller to stand beside him guess what he WAS THE BEST PLAYER AND SHOULD HAVE WON THE 500,000.00, and thats my five cents
Hello Jeffsmom,
Given the fact that Natalie handed Sheila the HOH, yes, it was a backdoor. She should not have had to compete for POV, since whining, cry me a river Sheila, agreed that Natalie was safe and would not be put on the block. Sheila would not have won HOH if Nat did not step down. She was backdoored. It is of no matter, I really enjoyed the fact that Sheila came in third and then was booted out to Jury. The blubbering, wailing, and crying she did was great acting. I read somewhere on a MB, a bloke saying that he was so moved by Sheila’s tears that he reached into his pocket and pulled out a dollar to throw at the television set. LMAO.
Thanks for your comment,
Arne
Hello Brian,
I agree with your analogy completely. I forgot that Sheila had said that she felt if she was in the final two that she would have won. I guess I was to busy picking myself up off the floor from hysterical laughter.
Thanks for your comment
Arne
Hi Sherice,
I agree with you Ryan was the best player and we always hope the jury will base it on the best game played.
Thanks for your comment,
Arne
