As Usual The Best Competitor Gets The Boot! Drew Wright Gets Screwed!

After a boring Canadian Idol season, my favourite to win Idol Title Drew Wright was ousted out of the competition. Right from the beginning of the season one could see how Drew out sang and out shone all of the competitors. He superseded them from the start. Every year it seems the best singer is ousted from the competition and the second best, if not piss poor singer is left to battle it out for idol title.

Canadian Idol 6

I do not know about Canadian Idol. Last weeks performances clearly showed Drew Wright as being the best performer. Only to have fans give him the royal boot. Mitch McDonald did not perform well on the top three show. Drew took it as the best and Theo Tams came in second to Drew.

Every year it seems the best singer is ousted and the pitiful singer claims idol title. Whatever floats your boat, but nobody can tell me that Mitch who sang off-key deserved to stay in the final two and have a shot at Idol title. I was hoping to see a sing off and battle between Drew and Theo for Idol title. What should happen is that Theo wins the title. Yet Canadian Idol history suggests that nine out of ten, the worst singer wins the title.

Drew Wright should get a contract he was consistent each week and the one and only reason I watched the show this season. I am sorry Canadian Idol was a boring as it can be this season. I likened it to the Sanjaya Nightmare on American Idol. It was not exciting and the singers where lacklustre in many performances on the show. They were so boring I could not bring myself to even write about the show, how many times was I going to mention how pitiful many performances had been.

Best of luck to you Drew! In my opinion, you were by far the best singer of Canadian Idol 6 and you should have won the title.
