The Final Battle- Joan Rivers Wins Celebrity Apprentice
Much to my utter joy and immense pleasure Joan Rivers has won this years celebrity apprentice. Joan Rivers out maneuvered Annie Duke to take home the 250,000 prize for her charity ” God’s Love”! Way to go Joan!

It was a hard fought battle to the end. Anne Duke continued to try and lie about Joan Rivers which was despicable on Anne’s part. The event planner for both teams quit, nobody knows for sure, however Donald Trump alluded to the fact that the planner seemed overwhelmed. Annie took it to a diffrent dimension and direction. The camera’s did not catch any of the conversation that Anne had with the event planner. However, Brande outed her friend Anne when she said that the event planner was upset because Joan’s team hired another planner. Which was not true! In fact Joan had volunteers from her charity ” God’s Love” help her, who were very generous and giving. They did a fabulous job considering they were not of that profession.

Joan also had the better donations of items in contrast to Annie. Annie at one point said she would crush Joan, and that she wanted Joan to die. I am sorry Annie tries to claim she has been maligned and verbally assaulted in the boardroom. However she failed to add in that she attacked Joan Rivers and everyone else behind their back.

Everyone that was asked accept for Jesse James picked Joan Rivers as the celebrity apprentice. Dennis Rodman called her his girl, Scott Hamilton, Trace Aikens ( whom I think was not impressed with how Annie attacked a 75-year old woman. Many of these country entertainers have been taught to be very respectful towards their elders and I am assuming that Anne’s behind the back words did not settle well with Trace Aikens. Again I am assuming, but he wasn’t saying what he wanted to really say when he picked Joan. ) To my excitement even Piers Morgan picked Joan as the winner based on the fact that Joan won the task with the most criteria. Donald Trumps children were in a deadlock to the strengths and weakness of the final two.

Joan River certainly proved that no one is ever to old to do what they set their mind to. She also won the 250,000 for a very worthwhile American charity that is needed. I think that she gave a beautiful perception of how the world is changing but most importantly how America is changing. I thought her view spoke volumes to many viewers as she has lived for three quarters of a century. Joan Rivers has seen and experienced life through many faucets. It says much to the young when someone of Joan Rivers stature states that change is imminent and that the old ways of doing business need to be tossed out. That human compassion, empathy, understanding and love for our fellow man/women is what is required and needed at his point in universe. I know I admired the strength of her words , convictions and beliefs based on the fact she has experienced life and not always a positive experience through her journey of 75 years.

The right person won celebrity apprentice this year, thank the goddess for small mercies.

she is very hardworking…i think she is deserve to win
This was a set up. Annie Duke performed way better than Joan. Joan’s behaviour in the boardroom was disgusting and way over the top- like she was having a breakdown.
Good Morning Shyla,
I would say that anyone that says on national television ” That someone must die over winning was over the top and breaking down. After all Annie Tried to claim she was a good upstanding shining example of virtue. NOT!
Thanks for your comment
Arne
and if anyone says on national television, that someone is worse than Hitler, and that all pokerplayers are white trash, and Mafia money, then that person is ALSO not of a good upstanding shining example ofvirtue either.
Good Morning Johnny,
Joan Rivers is absolutely correct on that, it is a well known fact in history that the city of Las Vegas was built on Mafia money. Further Joan Rivers did not say that Anne Dukes friends were of the mafia she said it was mafia money. Anne Duke deliberately and intentionally twisted what she actually said. Go back and view the show. Hey anyone that thinks that someone should die over a game and winning is acting in the fashion of Hitler.Only I would have called Annie ” little Hitler”! Annie had no shame in all she said go back and view all the shows and come back and tell me if Annie was innocent. Joan simply reacted to Annie’s BS.
Thanks for your comment
Arne
actually, i did watch every episode, and what i saw was a mother daughter team who acted like spoiled children when things didnt go their way, along with some extremely childish behavior both in and out of the boardroom. Years ago Vegas appears from the desert using Mafia money, but that wasnt Joans point. She stated that Annies money won in the task was Mafia money… BIG difference. Joan’s incessant interruptions when Annie was trying to speak; her childish attitude when Annie just wanted to say something to her in the suite when it was just the two of them; the list of the poor behavior is endless. Granted, Annie wasnt pure and innocent either, but to compare Annies comments about wanting her dead, whihc was spoken in the heat of the challenge, and Joan’s comment about being worse than Hitler, spoken in the boardroom is ridiculous. Especially with Joan being Jewish, and to compare Annie to WORSE than Hitler…incredible and in very poor taste.
Joan can only hope when she reappears in Vegas for her stageshow, that all the pokerplayers, and gamblers and derelects and white trash skip the show. Because she was taught as a child to only argue with a peer, and since she doesnt consider Annie a peer, then maybe all the cash revenue Annie and those in Vegas should just keep the money in their pockets. I for one will never look at Joan Rivers the same again. Again, Annie is not without blame, but it was obvious who took the much higher road.
I am so glad Joan won. Joan was very savy and safe with her comments. She is media smart, and knows how to say “I heard that” instead of “you are” big difference. The other contestants saw Annie’s bitterness, and her inability to let go of the competition between her and Joan. It looked to me like Annie is use to getting her way, by just saying something, truth or lie, over and over and over again, until the other person gives up and agrees. There is a reason all of the people who worked with her get irritated, hence Tom and Dennis. Joan built confidence in her team members, and was a team player. Annie bullied, micro-managed, and belittled her team players, she acted dogmatic, and superior. Joan is right, those tactics do not work in the world today, where creativity is encouraged through freedom of thought.
Good Evening Johnny,
actually, i did watch every episode, and what i saw was a mother daughter team who acted like spoiled children when things didn’t go their way, along with some extremely childish behavior both in and out of the boardroom.
So you are saying that Anne did not act extremely spoiled and wanting her way or the highway when she lost it over her friends being contacted to raise money by Joan’s team. I found that immature. How about when she wanted Joan to die? Was it because she felt that Joan was doing better then her in the final task? How about when she wanted to punch Melissa Rivers in the face? Was that not extremely tempermental, not to mention a threat of physical violence all over what? Because Melissa rightfully said that they shared equally in the task. Please.
Years ago Vegas appears from the desert using Mafia money, but that wasnt Joans point. She stated that Annies money won in the task was Mafia money… BIG difference.
The point that I believe that Joan was making is the historical fact that from the ground up it was in fact Mafia money that Las Vegas was built on ; and even thoigh that was years ago, the recycling process still lies on the original and intital foundation itself, which the founder and building of Las Vegas was Mafia money.
Joan’s incessant interruptions when Annie was trying to speak; her childish attitude when Annie just wanted to say something to her in the suite when it was just the two of them; the list of the poor behavior is endless.
As is Anne’s and Anne’s is even more profound in her piss poor attitude and behavior. Anne also interrupted anyone that was not saying what she wanted them to say. Hell Donald Trump even does that, so what is your point? The fact is the list of Anne’s mud slinging is just as evident in each show. > Not to mention she is a huge liar.
Granted, Annie wasnt pure and innocent either, but to compare Annies comments about wanting her dead, whihc was spoken in the heat of the challenge, and Joan’s comment about being worse than Hitler, spoken in the boardroom is ridiculous.
Same thing for Joan’s outbursts, it was in the heat of the moment was it not. Johnny you seem to be making acceptions for Anne but not Joan. Same thing, bottom line is these women don’t like each other. However Anne is younger and should have shown more respect. Telling someone they are a dumb blond compared to I want to punch a person in the face is also a huge difference in one’s behavior. Wouldn’t you say??
Especially with Joan being Jewish, and to compare Annie to WORSE than Hitler…incredible and in very poor taste.
Saying that you give the best BJ’s in town is also incredible in its poor taste. Also making suggestive comments to her poker playing friends to raise more money is just as profound in its suggestion.
Joan can only hope when she reappears in Vegas for her stageshow, that all the pokerplayers, and gamblers and derelects and white trash skip the show.
I doubt if it will have any affect, since Joan is more of a celeb then Anne could ever hope to be. Those poker playing friends will want to be seen with Joan. Look at Anne’s friend last night, was asking about taking a picture with her. Anne said oh but that isn’t Joan. However Joan was present and would have taken a pic with the poker player, had she been asked, she seems to be nice and genuine in that way. Furthermore, Las Vegas is not just full of poker players, there are tourists and other entertainers that will be quite willing to be seen with Joan.
Because she was taught as a child to only argue with a peer, and since she doesnt consider Annie a peer, then maybe all the cash revenue Annie and those in Vegas should just keep the money in their pockets.
< Anne is not Joan’s peer or even her equal in my opinion. Until Anne proves her celeb as a Hollywood star and not a gambler, there is no contrast whatsover on peer or equal. How do you believe she is? Are you really debating that you think that Anne is every bit of a celeb as Joan. No I am sorry she is not.In fact had Anne not appeared on this show, many of us would not know who she is. Not that I care who she is now. LOL
I for one will never look at Joan Rivers the same again. Again, Annie is not without blame, but it was obvious who took the much higher road.
Yes Joan took the higher road. Goddess bless her sweet heart. I feel the same I am hoping this is the last I see of Anne Duke. I know I for one will not be tuning into the gambling shows.
Thanks for your comment Johnny

Good evening Amma,
Your assertion is spot on and absolutely correct. Tom Green told Anne point blank that Joan got under her skin, because that is all Anne could talk about. He was laughing at her nor did he care about Anne’s task. Anne does not know how to treat people with respect. Let’s see she wants respect but she does not feel she should give it. Respect goes a long ways and it is a two way street. Anne not only could not stop talking about Joan , she did everything she could do to trash Joan Rivers as much as possible. Every phone call, let me tell you what Joan did. She could not shout it out enough. She lost because Joan got under her skin, and she showed that time and time again. Her focus was on Joan and not the task. She lost because for the exception of Brande she treated her task mates like dirt and crap. ( all of whom are bigger celebs then she is) Thanks for your well thought out observent comment.

Concerning the event planner, he blames Joan rivers:
———————-
“Party planner David Tutera, who memorably clashed with eventual Celebrity Apprentice winner Joan Rivers on Sunday’s finale, told Barbara Walters on her Sirius XM Radio show Monday that Rivers is “a monster.” Tutera was tasked to work with Rivers to plan a charity auction, but he told Walters he quit in part because “Joan and Melissa [Rivers] were completely incapable of giving me their insight on how the party should look. They had zero direction…. In 23 years of being in business, I have never left anyone, no matter how difficult they are to work with. Her behavior towards any human being was so unacceptable to me. [She's] such a monster I cannot begin to even explain.”"
———————-
I think Trump brushed over the issue because he was picking Joan Rivers as the winner. This also puts into context how aggressive Joan Rivers was in shutting up Annie Duke when she tried to point out what happened.
Good Morning Fred,
So you are suggesting that the event planner David Tutera is confirming that he childishly took out his disenchantment with Joan Rivers with Annie. That does make NOT sense. I would venture to say that David Tutera is not making himself or his business look very good at this time. How many people are going to want to book party planning with him if he so easily vacates his commitments? I think that David Tutera does not want to owe up the fact that he was OVERWHELMED IN HAVING TO PLAN TWO EVENTS ON A LATE FRIDAY AFTERNOON FOR THE VERY NEXT DAY. I think that Donald Trump is correct that the planner was overwhelmed. He would have heard about what REALLY HAPPENED AND WHAT ANNE REALLY SAID BEHIND CLOSED DOORS.
All this proves and says to readers including me is to remind me never to book David Tutera’s company for any party. The camera’s were on Joan Rivers and her team at all times but not Anne’s. How David can say that is beyond belief. However would you want to book a party with a company that punishes another person because of a perceived conflict with someone else. That is very immature, unprofessional and self serving if you ask me.
