Well there is a couple of reasons why I haven’t bothered to support the show on this site. The main reason is that I like to take time off from writing and thus go into sabbatical mode. The next reason is that I had a little issue with the CBS mods whom I feel are not fair in how they assess situations. Having said, these little things seem to be working out and they seem to be doing a better job. If only they would read before they delete threads, posts and ban people. Having said that, it was happening all over the CBS forum, the mods simply got lazy and crazy. Because of the mods actions… I choose not to write about their shows, why bother given them free endorsement through my articles and many readers. I am all for fairness, if a banning or deletion is fair and just, I have no problems, if it goes against their rules and policies, then everyone should suck it up. If it unjust and unfair then I have an issue with it, the mods, cbs and their shows. Every now and then the CBS mods seem to forget we all watch their shows and through that, we support their shows and give them their ratings that they so dearly need. Without the fans their is no show and no ratings. Simply I don’t have to write about any of their shows, if I don’t want to. The last reason is that Survivor Samoa was truly boring up until the last couple of weeks and specifically this last week. I just can’t bring myself to write about a boring show.

Ok on To Russell, actually I have grown to like Russell, I feel that he is carrying his former tribe right now. I was considering writing an article today on Survivor. He has brought the game to the former Gulu snobs and I LMAO when he said ” I ain’t finished playing yet”! If Russell makes it to final two and three he will deserve to win the whole thing. I didn’t like him at first more because of the hype surrounding him, and burning socks was not my idea of good entertainment. The way he is playing blindside and knock someone out the door immunity, that is entertainment and how immunity should be played.

This is the part that annoys the hell out of me personally. Here you have professionals that are suppose to be trained to protect children from abusive situations. Laws in place that do the same thing, but when it comes down to it nothing can be done. It seems the only way to get it done, is one by retaining a lawyer that is a child advocate and you are going to have to do your own work. IE police reports and prove why the father could pose as a threat to your grandchild. Um psychologist reports. Pose the question is the father working? If he is, whom is going to take care of the child when he is out work. Does he have any addictions that threatens the well being of the child. How about different groups or organizations that could help you. Groups that will protest and make sure they are heard in the media. If you truly believe that your grandchild is at risk,then do not stop trying to obtain justice and protection for the child. It is the duty of every responsible adult to protect these children. I am nothing more then vexed and annoyed when I hear that CPS and other child protection agencies will not lift a finger to help. They are suppose to help and they are suppose to investigate any potential dangers or risks. The laws in each state and country are available to people, you just need to find out what those laws are that apply to your state and/or country. Remember state and federal laws, look at both. BTW children have equal human rights and you may want to look at how your grandchild’s human rights are not taken into account by the actions of CPS.

That is as much as I can think of, off the top of my head. You can petition the court, you can make sure that the courts document that you have concerns on the child’s safety and well being.

Just a note the above works both ways for males or females that are potentially high risk to a child’s well being and safety.

The bottom line is the only way you can fight back and protect your grandchild is by fighting the same system, which is no easy task. The laws are there, use their laws against them.

I keep adding on, the courts do in fact have to look at this one question and are indeed compelled to ask ” What is in the best interests of the child. Examples, did the child ever live with the father in the past? What was the child’s life like when and if he/she lived with their father. What is the child’s life like now where the child resides. What is in the best interests of the child is prevalent in the rule of law for child custody or guardianship cases. This one question is where you can challenge an attempt at custody.
